Service Description
This time is allocated to discuss and understand your requirements, and to reach an agreement on your needs for the scheduled time. The fee will act as your deposit for the initial appointment should you wish to proceed. Virtual consultations are available and are the preferred method. Please book your consultation to schedule your appointment. You must pay your deposit, which will be applied to your appointment cost.
Cancellation Policy
Blessed By Arena Hair Studio Policy & Release Agreement Thank you for choosing Blessed By Arena Hair Studio. By booking, you agree to the following terms: Scheduling Your Appointment: All appointments require a $17.00 non-refundable deposit (includes a $2.00 service fee). The remaining $15.00 is applied to your service. Please select the correct service and verify your contact details when booking. Walk-ins are not available; please book in advance. Appointments via social media, email, or text incur a $7.00 convenience fee. Payments: We accept major credit cards, Google Pay, Zelle, and cash (no checks or Cash App). Credit card payments include a $2.00 service fee. Arrival Times, Changes, Cancellations, and No-Shows: Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may reduce service time or require rescheduling. A 24-hour notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling to avoid losing your deposit. Late cancellations may incur up to 75% of the service cost, plus fees. No-shows will be charged 100% of the service cost and may be removed from our client list. Salon Policies: By booking, you consent to being recorded or photographed. Please come prepared. No refunds on services. If unsatisfied, contact us immediately. Prices may vary based on hair length, density, and desired style. All custom hair color formulas are the intellectual property of Blessed By Arena Hair Studio. Please do not bring children or additional guests unless they are receiving services. Special Requests and Emergency Visits: Special requests and emergency visits may include a convenience fee.
