Can I book an appointment a month in advance?No, appointments can only be booked starting on the 27th of the current month.

Are masks required during the entire service?Yes, masks must be worn throughout the entire service.

When are consultations required?Consultations are mandatory for all starter loc services and color services to discuss your desired look and cost.

Do you offer classes?Yes, we offer 1-on-1 classes for Locs, Silk Press, and Cut & Color Techniques.

What forms of payment do you accept?We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and Zelle with a $2 card service fee. Cash App is no longer accepted

Have your prices changed?Yes, prices are subject to change.

Are emergency or squeeze-in appointments available?Sometimes, for a convenience fee of $27, which is not applied to services.
